Early Termination:
A minimum of six weeks’ written notice is required to end your contract early.
If less than six weeks’ written notice is provided, your contract end date will be adjusted to include the full six-week notice period.
Please note that a cancellation fee equivalent to one week’s occupancy fee, plus applicable utility charges, will apply.
Water and electricity are included in your rent.
For University of Canberra Students residing at UniLodge @ UC – UC Lodge and UniLodge @ UC – Cooper Lodge, Internet access and WiFi is provided by UC. To access the WiFi please use your Uni ID number and password. Contact UC if you have any issues.
For residents of UniLodge @ UC – Weeden Lodge, internet costs are not included in the utility bills. Internet services can be arranged or purchased directly with our contracted supplier, Superloop.

After the Offer of Accommodation is accepted, but more than 14 days before the Start Date:
Non-refundable: Application Fee of $60.
Refundable: Security Deposit Equal to 4 weeks’ worth of rent, Residential Life fee of $160 and two weeks of advance rent.
Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to one week of Occupancy Fees.

Weeden Lodge offers a limited number of internal and external car parking bays, which are charged separately from your Occupancy Fees. Yes, you must pay a Departure Cleaning Fee of $120 at the end of the contract. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

You need to pay for the residential life program fee annually. It is compulsory and it covers for a range of events and activities organised by Unilodge.
Yes, we have a professional maintenance team to support the general maintenance requests. Contractors may be arranged if the issue persists.
