The cost to clean a room in 2026 is as follows: $320 for a studio apartment. $360 for a 1 bedroom apartment. $450 for a 1 bedroom apartment (convertible). $450 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Pricing is based on prepayment of cleaning prior to arrival.

The cost will be 2 weeks rent plus GST, $165 Advertising fee and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.

Each resident pays for their energy as it is separately metered and will hold their own account with an energy company.

Yes, we offer high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi as standard in all rooms, and it’s also available in our communal areas.
