No, we do not offer parking facilities. However, there are paid parking options for parking on campus or students can apply for a street parking permit through the council for a small fee.
Each student is given their own letterbox which is situated on the Ground floor. All letters will be placed in this letterbox. Parcels that do not fit in your letterbox will be accepted by reception staff. You will then receive an email from reception staff once the parcel has been receipted into our system. All parcels are to be collected from reception within 48 hours of receiving the email.
When you arrive, your room will be already furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and chair. You will need to provide your own linen. Beds are king single beds. Kitchen & Linen packs can be ordered via the UniLodge YourShop page.
You can customise your room with posters, pictures and decorations. Essential items to bring with you are bed linen (sheets, pillow, doona, blankets), towels, washing powder, laundry basket, clothes hangers, tea-towels, personal toiletries and clothing.
Room moves are subject to availability. You can move rooms within the building by speaking to a Regiment Staff member and submitting a request.
A Booking Variation request will need to be submitted via the student portal. If you wish to terminate your lease early, you will need to pay an early termination fee of $200 plus rent until a new resident is found or until the contract end date, whichever is sooner.
Beds are designed a little higher so you can put luggage under them however there is no additional storage outside of your room. If you have items you wish to store you will need to contact a local storage service provider.
There is no phone in the room. For internet, you will be able to connect to the Residents WIFI via your USYD UniKey.

A bond is a payment that acts as security against the resident meeting the terms of their residence agreement.
Upon arrival we must prepare an ‘Inventory Report’, which records the property’s general condition, including fittings and fixtures. You will be able to complete the Inventory Report via the student portal within the first 48 hours of moving into the residence.
You need to leave your apartment clean and tidy in the same condition as when you arrived, ensure all personal items have been removed and report any damage that may have been caused during your contract. This allows for a speedy bond resolution.
Your bond will be processed within 60 days of vacating the property.
