The resident is required to provide six (6) weeks' notice prior to terminating a contract. The resident will be charged an Early Termination Fee equal to one (1) week of Occupancy Fees and $200 of the departure cleaning fee. The Security Deposit will be refunded in full if there are no outstanding amounts remaining after the check-out date.
Water and electricity are included in your utility fee.

Yes. To secure an apartment, the resident must pay the Application Fee of $60, the Security Deposit equivalent to 4 weeks of rent, two weeks rent in advance and the Residential Life fee of $160. Prices vary depending on the room type and contract length.

Non-refundable: Application Fee of $60.
Refundable: Security Deposit, Residential Life Fee of $160 and two weeks of Occupancy Fees.
Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees.

You need to pay for the residential life program fee annually. It is compulsory and it covers for a range of events and activities organised by Unilodge.
Yes, we have a professional maintenance team to support the general maintenance requests. Contractors may be arranged if the issue persists.
Unfortunately, we do not take cash payments at UniLodge Campus West. You can make rent payments through credit/debit cards or pay online.
Residents are responsible for their own room and shared common area cleaning. As part of communal living, we encourage all residents to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone's comfort and wellbeing. We provide suggested weekly and monthly cleaning checklists to help residents stay on top of regular cleaning tasks and keep shared spaces in good condition.
