When you sign your Residential Agreement, it is a legally binding contract. This means you are responsible for paying rent from your move-in date until the contract end date.
If you need to leave early, you must break your lease, which involves:
Paying rent until a new tenant is found to take over your contract
Complying with any break lease conditions
Upon check-in, you’ll receive an electronic Condition Report. This outlines the condition of your apartment, including furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

Complete and return the report within 24 hours
Add any comments if you notice discrepancies
Take photos for your own records
This report is important and may be used if there are any disputes about cleaning, damage, or missing items at the end of your lease.
When moving out, you are required to:
Leave your apartment clean and tidy
Remove all your personal items
Report any damage
Ensure all rent and fees are paid in full by your contract end date
