Enjoy your own kitchen and private ensuite! All studios are equipped with a king single bed, wardrobe, kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer, ensuite bathroom, enclosed balcony and a study desk, chair and desk lamp. A/C and fans are also included. Building facilities include laundry with washers, dryers and ironing boards, gym, recreational room with pool table and table tennis, BBQ’s, media room, study rooms with computer lab, WiFi throughout and bike storage. Car parking, electricity, internet and water are also included. All areas of the building are secured with electronic swipe access that gives peace of mind for your safety. The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application. Please note, single semester or single/double trimester contracts are only available to Study Aboard and Exchange students or those students that are completing a course at the end of that semester or trimester period. Proof of enrolment is required with your application to be offered a contract outside of an Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters). Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer with your confirmed booking and check in date. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times.
