The most cost effective option, these apartments offer a spacious living area and two share bathrooms, while ensuring that all students have their own quiet space to study in their secure bedroom. Enjoy the freedom of shared living areas with a kitchen including a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer, living area with dining table and chairs and a lounge with TV. Access your own private bedroom with individual electronic swipe card access. All bedrooms include a private enclosed balcony, king single bed, wardrobe, study desk, chair and desk lamp, A/C and fan. Building facilities include laundry with washers, dryers and ironing boards, gym, recreational room with pool table and table tennis, BBQ’s, media room, study rooms with computer lab, WiFi throughout and bike storage. Car parking, electricity, internet and water are also included. All areas of the building are secured with electronic swipe access that gives peace of mind for your safety. The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application. Please note, single semester or single/double trimester contracts are only available to Study Aboard and Exchange students or those students that are completing a course at the end of that semester or trimester period. Proof of enrolment is required with your application to be offered a contract outside of an Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters). Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer with your confirmed booking and check in date. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times.
